Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Vegan cauliflower wings are super easy to make in the air fryer using my secret dip and air fry method. 

This recipe uses a homemade spicy sauce and it's gluten-free + oil-free. 

Ingredients - Cauliflower - Chickpea Flour - Salt - Rice Vinegar - Chili Sauce - Soy Sauce

Step 1: Mix Chickpea flour, salt, and water. 

Step 2: Toss cauliflower florets in batter. 

Step 3: Air fry for 10-12 minutes until crispy. 

Step 4: Transfer crispy cauliflower to a bowl. 

Step 5: Mix vinegar, chili sauce (sriracha), and soy sauce. 

* or use a bottle of Buffalo sauce. 

Step 6: Toss cauliflower in spicy sauce. 

Step 7: Air fry for 1-2 minutes.
