What You Need ~ onion  ~zucchini ~ red pepper ~ garlic ~ chili powder ~ cumin ~ oregano ~ smoked paprika ~ cinnamon ~ allspice ~ cocoa or cacao powder ~ tomatoes ~ maple syrup ~ black beans

Step 1 Cook onions, zucchini, and peppers. 

Step 2 Add garlic and spices. 

Step 3: Simmer tomatoes, broth, and maple syrup. Then add beans. 

Step 4: Simmer until the chili is thick.
