Chickpea Patties

Delicious and quick - chickpea patties are oil-free, gluten-free, and naturally vegan. 

parsley

chickpea flour

chickpeas

Italian seasoning

quinoa

onions

salt

pepper

Step 1: Cook 1/3 cup quinoa. 

Step 2: Mash chickpeas and spices. 

Step 3: Mix in quinoa, parsley, and onions. 

Step 4: Knead in 1/4 cup chickpea flour. 

Step 5: Form 4 patties (or smaller sliders). 

Step 6: Bake or air fry.
