Creamy Vegan Italian Pasta Salad

Salad Ingredients:

Dried Pasta red Onion Cucumber Cherry Tomatoes Black Olives Fresh Basil (optional)

Dressing Ingredients:

- Raw Cashews - White Balsamic Vinegar - Lemon juice - garlic powder - mustard powder - cayenne pepper - water - Italian Seasoning - Ground Black Pepper

Soak the cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes

White Balsamic - the secret sweet ingredient you need!

Blend all the dressing ingredients except the Italian Mixed herbs and pepper. 

Tip: Add a little water at a time until you get the consistency you want. 

Mix the Italian Herbs and black pepper. Taste and let's make pasta salad!

Vegan creamy Italian dressing - YES

Tip: Rinse the pasta in cold water after cooking it. This keeps the pasta from clumping together. 

Mix in the dressing - add more lemon juice if needed. 

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
