Corn Fritters

Easy Vegan

Use fresh, frozen, or canned corn. 

Polenta or cornmeal.

Green onions.

Flour or gluten-free chickpea flour.

Chili powder and plant-milk.

Mix all the ingredients. 

Heat the pan first, then add the fritter batter and press with the back of a spoon. 

Cook the fritters on the first side for 3-4 minutes. 

Flip and cook until golden brown. 

Great with chili or dipping sauce!
