This healthy, 6-ingredient quinoa salad takes less than 20  minutes to make. 🍐🍐 It's high protein, low fat, and satisfying!

quinoa

vegetable broth

chives

balsamic

pears

walnuts

Use black red, white, or tri color (all three). 

What quinoa should I use? 

Cook 1 cup of quinoa in 2 cups of vegetable broth. 

Cook for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. 

Add quinoa, diced pears, walnuts, chives, and balsamic vinegar.
