Greek Chickpeas in Kapama Sauce

Delightful chickpeas in tomato-cinnamon kapama sauce. 

Make in the Instant Pot or on the stove with inexpensive, dried chickpeas. 

Ingredients - dry chickpeas - onions & garlic - oregano - cinnamon  - salt & pepper - tomato paste - tomatoes - water - red wine vinegar - cinnamon stick - bay leaves

Cook onions for a few minutes. 

Add the garlic, tomatoes, spices, and water to make the sauce. 

Add chickpeas, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaves. 

Cook in the Instant Pot for 35 minutes or on the stove for an hour.
