Healthy Vegan Tuna Casserole

Chickpeas + aquafaba Plant milk Mustard Soy sauce Onion & garlic powder Miso paste Mustard powder Black pepper Onions Mushrooms Frozen peas Pasta Tomato slices Breadcrumbs


Mash cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

Mix plant milk, aquafaba, miso paste, mustard, soy sauce, and spices.

Cook onions and mushrooms, then add frozen peas. 

Add the sauce and chickpeas. 

Add pasta and transfer to a baking dish. 

Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 

Bake for 35 minutes @ 400 f
