White Bean & Mushroom Vegan Gravy

White Beans? WHY? Gluten-free No 'flour lumps' High Protein High Fiber

Step 1:  Heat the Pan Add onions & Mushrooms

Step 2:  Sauté for  5 minutes

Step 3:  Add Garlic, Thyme Pepper &  Miso Paste

Step 4:  Add Tamari (or soy sauce)

Step 5:  Simmer for 30 seconds

Step 6:  Add white beans

Step 7:  Add Mushroom  Broth

Step 8:  Simmer 3 minutes

Step 9:  Blend

Step 10:  Simmer to heat
