Learn the BEST way to prepare tempeh with this simple hack that I use every time I cook with tempeh. 

Tempeh is made from fermented soy beans. It is vegan and a high-protein food perfect for making 'meaty plant-based dishes. 

Without a little love, tempeh can taste bitter and strong. So, let's fix the right now...

Start by crumbling tofu into pieces. 

Simmer tempeh crumbles in vegetable broth with a dash of soy sauce for 20-30 minutes. 

The tempeh will be soft and tasty. 

Drain the crumbles and gently press the moisture out. 

Season as desired.
