What you need
- Garlic & ginger
- Cumin, turmeric, coriander, curry powder, cayenne pepper
-Tomatoes, broth, maple syrup
- Chopped spinach
Cook the onions, garlic, ginger, and spices.
Add tomatoes, broth, and maple syrup.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.
Add chopped spinach.
