Indian Curry Sauce

This Indian curry sauce with chopped spinach is vegan an oil-free. 

A perfect basic sauce for whipping up a quick veggie curry, for serving over crispy tofu, or flatbread dipping. 


What you need - Onions - Garlic & ginger - Cumin, turmeric, coriander, curry powder, cayenne pepper -Tomatoes, broth, maple syrup - Chopped spinach

Step 1: Cook the onions, garlic, ginger, and spices. 

Step 2 Add tomatoes, broth, and maple syrup. 

Step 3: Simmer for 15 minutes or until thick. 

Step 4 Add chopped spinach.
