Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning 1/3 cup chopped Walnuts 1 cup French Lentils 1 cup brown Basmati Rice 3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste 2 cups Vegetable Broth

1 Tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp.  cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. oregano ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. ground black pepper ½ - 1 tsp. crushed chili

Add the rice, walnuts, tomato paste & lentils to the Instant Pot

Add Taco Seasoning

Add Vegetable Broth

Stir well. Make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Set the steam handle to the Sealing position

Cook on High Pressure for 16 minutes.  Natural Pressure Release (NPR) 16 minutes.

Carefully open the steam handle. When the silver pressure button sinks back down, remove the lid.

Fluff up the rice.

Makes 10 servings. Freezes well.  Always satisfying and delicious.
