Lentil Pomegranate Salad

Cooked green lentils, pomegranate seeds, pita chips, veggies, and creamy tahini and pomegranate molasses dressing. 

Cook green lentils until tender. 

Slice pita bread and bake in the oven (no oil needed). 

Whisk tahini, pomegranate molasses, and lime juice. 

Assemble the salad. Serve dressing over the salad or on the side.
