Hulled Barley is a whole grain. Pearl Barley is more processed and less nutritious. 

To make delicious barley, all you need is vegetable broth and a bay leaf. 

Rinse barley before cooking it (no need to soak it). 

Add barley and vegetable broth to the Instant Pot. 

Toss in a bay leaf and any other spices you like. 

High pressure for 23 minutes.  Natural pressure release for 15 minutes. 

Fluff and dish up!

Add protein and satisfaction to your food.
