Vegan Tofu Sausage  Crumbles

a block of tofu 4 T. Tahini 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 T. Veggie Broth 2 T. Nutritional Yeast 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. Italian herbs 1 tsp.  oregano 2 tsp. fennel seeds 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne

Press the tofu to get out excess water.

Add the marinade ingredients to a bowl.

Mix into a smooth paste. It will be thick.

Crumble the tofu into the marinade.

Use your hands to mix the marinade into the tofu crumbles.

Marinate tofu crumbles for 30 minutes or up to 2 days.  Longer = Stronger!

Line a baking try with parchment paper.

Spread crumbles in a single layer.

Bake  at 44 F (300 C) until brown (40-45 minutes).
