Masoor Dal Instant Pot Vegan Recipe

What you need red lentils sweet potatoes onions garlic ginger coriander cumin turmeric cayenne pepper salt tomatoes coconut milk

Sauté the onions, garlic, ginger and spices. 

Stir in sweet potato cubes. 

Add a can of crushed or diced tomatoes. 

Add split red lentils and water. 

High Pressure for 8 minutes.  Natural Pressure Release for 15 minutes. 

Add a cup of coconut milk.
