Onions Green Pepper Celery Garlic Quinoa Red Beans Vegetable Broth Cider Vinegar Smoked Paprika Thyme Tabasco (hot sauce)

Heat a pan and cook the onions, green peppers, and celery. 

Tip: Always rinse quinoa before cooking to remove any bitter flavor and dust. 

Add quinoa, beans, and spices and flavoring. 

Simmer until the liquid is absorbed (15 minutes).
