Tip: Use a reusable silicone mat rather than parchment paper for no oil, veggie roasting. 

Toss lemon juice and spices over cauliflower. Toss it around to mix it.  Tip: you can also use veggie broth. Who needs added oil anyhow? 

Start with a pre-heated oven. Toss the cauliflower at least once. 

Rainbow quinoa is a combination of white, red, and black quinoa. Use any combination you like, but try to make this high-protein, gluten-free food, a part of your life. 

Always rinse quinoa before adding it to water or vegetable broth to simmer. 

Lemon juice is the simplest and healthiest dressing ever!
