Spicy  Baked Tofu & Noodle Bowls

This easy recipe of marinated and baked tofu, quick-cooking noodles, crispy veggies, and a spicy-sweet, oil-free dressing make the perfect vegan bowl!

What You Need:  ✔ Tofu Balsamic vinegar Soy sauce Green onions Ginger Garlic Maple syrup Sriracha Noodles Cucumber Radishes Lime Cilantro

Press tofu for a few minutes to release excess water. 

Whisk the marinade/dressing. 

Slice the tofu and marinate it in half the dressing for about 30 minutes. 

Bake tofu slices in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes. 

Prepare noodles and mix with leftover dressing. 

Add noodles, tofu, veggies, chopped cilantro and more dressing.
