Spicy Vegan Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings

Peanut-Ginger  Dipping Sauce

9 Easy ingredients (including creamy peanut sauce).

Mix chickpea flour + salt + water.

Cover cauliflower florets with the batter.

Add cauliflower to the air fryer.  Fry at 375 F (190 C) for 12 minutes.  Flip pieces after 8 minutes. 

Cook in batches if necessary.

Place fried cauliflower in a bowl.

Mix Sriracha (or another hot sauce) + rice vinegar + soy sauce.

When all the cauliflower is air fried, toss in the spicy sauce and cover.

Toss all the wings back in the air fryer. Fry for 1 minute.

Ready to dip?

Make Creamy Peanut-ginger dipping sauce.

Mix peanut butter + ginger + rice vinegar + soy sauce + maple syrup + water to thin.

Or make it a Buffalo wing salad for the ages!
