Strawberry Quinoa Salad

This healthy strawberry quinoa salad is a festival of vibrant colors and flavors. 

It's vegan, oil-free, and made with 10 wholesome plant-based ingredients.

Step 1: Cook Quinoa (any color) for 15 minutes. 

Step 2: Make dressing with white balsamic vinegar, lime juice, and maple syrup. 

Step 3: Add half the dressing to the quinoa and let it cool. 

Step 4: Add strawberries, red onions, almonds, mint, basil and remaining dressing.

Step 5: Mix well.
