Step 1
: Cook Quinoa (any color) for 15 minutes.
Step 2
: Make dressing with white balsamic vinegar, lime juice, and maple syrup.
Step 3
: Add half the dressing to the quinoa and let it cool.
Step 4
: Add strawberries, red onions, almonds, mint, basil and remaining dressing.
Step 5
: Mix well.
