Stuffed  Butternut Squash (vegan)

Ingredients: -squash -bulgur -leeks -mushrooms -garlic -thyme -sage -rosemary -broth -walnuts -dried cranberries

Cut, clean and  bake squash. 

Cook leeks, mushrooms, bulgur, and seasonings in broth. 

Add diced squash, cranberries, and walnuts. 

Stuff squash halves and bake to heat.
