Ingredients
:
~ Tempeh
~ Vegetable Broth
~ Soy Sauce
~ Onion
~ Carrots
~ Garlic
~ Tomatoes
~ Rosemary
~ Balsamic Vinegar
~ Salt & Pepper
Step 1
: Crumble a block of tempeh.
Step 2
: Simmer tempeh in vegetable broth and soy sauce.
Step 3
: Drain and press to dry.
Step 4
: Cook onion, carrots and garlic. Then add tomatoes.
Step 5
: Add vegetable broth, chopped rosemary and balsamic.
Step 6
: Stir in tempeh and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
