Thai Brussels Sprouts and Noodles

This oil-free recipe includes pan-seared Brussels sprouts with noodles and our secret sauce ingredient- Tamarind paste!

Whisk a yummy sauce with tamarind, soy sauce, date paste, tomato paste, miso paste, and chili flakes. 

Heat a large frying pan and sear quartered, fresh Brussels sprouts. 

Cook cut green onions, garlic and ginger. Add cooked noodles and sauce. 

Stir in Brussels sprouts, mung bean sprouts, and cilantro (coriander). 

Serve with sliced red chili and copped peanuts. It's on!
