A gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan breakfast has never tasted this good!

11 ingredients Oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, salt.  Tahini, applesauce, vanilla, maple syrup.  Raisins/walnuts

First, mix the dry ingredients. 

Tip: Use rolled oats - quick oats will not have enough texture. 

Combine the wet ingredients. 

Tip: We like chunky applesauce, but you can use your favorite unsweetened variety. 

Add the applesauce mixture to the oats. 

Mix until the oats are moist. 

Tip: Add more applesauce if the mixture is too dry. 

Add raisins and chopped walnuts. 

Tip: Use any dried fruit and/or nuts that you like. 

Mix well

Tip: Double-check that there are no dry oats. 

Add the mixture to a baking dish. 

Tip: Use a spoon to gently press the mixture. 

Spread the mixture evenly. 

Tip: Preheat the oven before baking. 

Bake until brown and firm.

Tip: Allow it to cool before slicing into bars. 

Slice and enjoy!
