This tofu ricotta recipe is an easy 6-ingredient, high-protein blend that is zesty, nut-free, vegan, with no added oil. 

Ingredients ~ Tofu ~ Lemon Juice & Zest ~ Sunflower Seeds ~ Nutritional Yeast ~ Garlic ~ Salt

Step 1: Grind sunflower seeds. 

Step 2: Add firm tofu, nutritional yeast and salt.

Step 3: Mix in lemon juice and zest, plus minced garlic.
