Toast Coconut flakes and sesame seeds.

Heat a pan and add green onions (white parts) and turmeric.

Add brown rice and toast it for a few minutes.

Tip: Rinse rice first. 

Cook the rice in coconut milk and vegetable broth.

Add kale, green onions, and lime juice.

Top with toasted coconut flakes and sesame seeds.
