Sugar-free Vegan Easy Delicious

Make 2 flax eggs. That's 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds + 12 tablespoons of water

Combine 3 cups of rolled oats with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon +  1/4 teaspoon nutmeg + 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add 1/4 cup of peanut butter + 1/2 cup of apple sauce + 2 tablespoons maple syrup + flax eggs.

Stir to make a smooth paste.

Add the peanut butter mixture to the rolled oats.

Mix all the ingredients (it will be dry, but we'll be adding plant milk next).

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract with 1 3/4 cups of plant milk.  Add this to the oats mixture.

Stir in the plant milk until all the ingredients are moist.

Add 1/4 cup dried cranberries + 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.

Place the batter in an 8-inch x 11-inch baking dish.

Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 30 minutes until brown.
