Step 1
: Cook green lentils.

: Blend with oats, walnuts, and flax egg.
Step 4
: Spread in a baking dish.

: Make a balsamic glaze with tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup.
Step 6
: Spread glaze over lentil loaf.
