Ingredients

lemon juice

tahini

sesame seeds
Step 1
: Gently remove the stems and clean the gills from mushrooms.
Step 2
: Mix half a can of chickpeas with lemon juice, tahini, garlic, sumac, thyme, salt, and sesame seeds.
Step 3
: Stuff the mushrooms with filling, add remaining chickpeas and sesame seeds on top.
Step 4
: Bake for 30 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
