Vegan Scalloped Potatoes

These vegan scalloped potatoes will wow the crowd!

Cooks love this recipe - it's easy and can be made ahead. 

Step 1: Cook diced onions and garlic. 

Step 2: Blend cashews, spices, miso paste, mustard, and nutritional yeast.

Step 3: Layer half the sliced potatoes in a large baking dish. 

Step 4: Add half the sauce. 

Step 5: Add half the onions, then repeat the layers. 

Step 6: Bake @ 400 F (200 C) for 1 hour.
