Vegan  Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

What you need:  mushrooms chickpeas lemon juice tahini garlic sumac thyme sesame seeds

Gently remove the stems and clean the gills from mushrooms. 

Mix half a can of chickpeas with lemon juice, tahini, garlic, sumac, thyme, salt, and sesame seeds. 

Stuff the mushrooms with filling, add remaining chickpeas and sesame seeds on top. 

Bake for 30 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
