Crispy baked tofu is a healthy oil-free recipe that gives tofu a crispy outside and firm, tender inside. 

Perfect for beginners or seasoned, plant-based pros!

lemon juice

soy sauce

cornstarch

Ingredients

Press tofu using a tofu press. 

Tip: Cut the block into quarters for quicker pressing. 

No tofu press? Wrap it in a paper towel and press it between 2 flat surfaces with the top weighed down. 

Cube tofu and mix it with lemon juice and soy sauce. 

Toss tofu with cornstarch

Place tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Bake until brown and crispy. Flip as it bakes.
