Easy & Delicious Coconut Rice

Why eat plain old rice when you can enjoy flavorful and easy coconut rice? 

This recipe is super easy - no coconut milk or weird cooking hack needed.

How to Make it

1. Cook rice as normal (use any rice).  2. Add the remaining ingredients.  

Build the flavor! After mixing the ingredients, cover the pot and let the rice sit for 5-10 minutes. 

I served coconut rice with Korean BBQ tofu and it was delicious!
