A quick and delicious of quinoa cooked with red kidney beans, veggies, and spices.

What You Need ~ quinoa ~ kidney beans ~ onions ~ green pepper ~ celery ~ garlic ~ smoked paprika ~ apple cider vinegar ~ hot sauce ~ vegetable broth

Tip: Always rinse quinoa before cooking to reduce bitterness. 

Step 1: Cook onions, pepper, and celery. 

Step 2: Add garlic and spices. 

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer. 

Step 4: Cook for 15 minutes.
