Tri-Color Quinoa Side Dish

This easy quinoa side dish recipe can be made with any color of quinoa.

Tri-color quinoa is a mix of black, red, and white quinoa. 

~ Quinoa ~ Dijon Mustard ~ Black pepper ~ Shallots ~ Rosemary ~ Almonds ~ Lemon Juice

Ingredients
