- ½ cup tomato paste
- ½ cup coconut sugar or date sugar
- ⅓ cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari or coconut aminos
- 4 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
Add the tomato paste, coconut sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce to a small bowl. Whisk to dissolve the sugar.
Stir in the garlic and ginger.
