Ingredients

  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or date sugar
  • cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari or coconut aminos
  • 4 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated

Instructions

  • Add the tomato paste, coconut sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce to a small bowl. Whisk to dissolve the sugar.
  • Stir in the garlic and ginger.
  • Makes 1 ½ cups.

Notes
