- 1 medium shallot minced, 3 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice 1 medium lemon
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste optional
- Water as needed
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar with a lid.
Whisk or shake the ingredients, then add water a few tablespoons at-a-time until you reach the desired consistency.
