Fiery Sriracha Tahini Dressing Recipe (3-Ingredients and Oil-Free)

- ¼ cup tahini (see note 1)
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha (see note 2)
Whisk the tahini and lemon juice in a small bowl until it becomes creamy and smooth. Add more lemon juice or a little water if you want a thinner consistency.
Add the Sriracha. Start with 1 -2 teaspoons. Taste and continue adding sriracha until you have the desired spice level.
Makes approximately ¾ a cup of dressing.
- Tahini, sesame seed paste, is widely available. Check that you're tahini doesn't contain oil (sometimes used in processing). Or learn to make tahini - it's easy!
- I used extra hot sriracha, but it comes in several varieties that give this recipe a flavor twist. Check that the sriracha you use is vegan and gluten-free if this is a requirement.
- The nutritional information is based on 2 tablespoons per serving.
- Store this dressing in the refrigerator in an airtight container or jar with a lid for 2 weeks. Stir before serving. Add a bit of lemon juice or water to thin it if needed.
